Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

The short version: this site has no analytics, advertising or tracking. It sets no cookies and doesn’t load scripts, fonts or embedded content from other companies. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data to deliver pages. If you email us, we receive what you send and use it only to reply.

Who runs this site

healthverra.com is the website of Healthverra.

When you visit

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page you asked for and when. Cloudflare does this as our hosting provider, under its own privacy policy and retention practices: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We haven’t added analytics or tracking tools, and we don’t use this information to identify visitors.

The enquiry form

The form asks for your name, work email, organisation (optional), the service you’re interested in (optional) and your message. It doesn’t accept attachments.

The form isn’t connected to any sending service. When you press “Send enquiry”, it checks your entries in your own browser and shows a thank-you note. Nothing you type is transmitted to us or anyone else, and nothing is stored.

Emailing us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, your message and any attachments, plus the standard technical details that travel with any email. Our mailbox is hosted by Microsoft as part of Microsoft 365.

We use enquiries only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We keep them only as long as we need them, then delete them unless we’re working together.

Please don’t send client information

We don’t need, and don’t want, details about the people your service supports. Please don’t include their names, addresses, care needs or health information in the form or in an email. If you send something by mistake, tell us and we’ll delete it.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information or share it for marketing. It’s processed only by the providers named above, as needed to run the site and our email.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it’s used. To make a request, contact us by email. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If the way this site handles information changes, for example a new form provider, we’ll update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
